A	Lawn and Landscape Maintenance

We serve Residential as well as Commercial customers (i.e. Shopping Centers, Apartment complex, Condominiums, Parks, etc.)

All maintenance are based on our standard of 40 visits per year to your property: From April thru October we service your yard weekly and from Nov thru March, during Florida dormant season, we service you bi-weekly

We mail you a monthly bill that remains the same all year around.

A contract is required for 1 year and our minimum starting price is $ 70 per month

* We offer 3 kinds of maintenance: Basic, Full Service and Deluxe.

(1) Basic Service:
Basic Service includes: Mowing, Edging, Weed Whacking and Blowing off the debris.

(2) Full Service:
Basic Service plus bush trimming and Plant bed weeding

(3) Deluxe Service:
Full Service plus Palm trimming (under 20 ft) Small tree shaping (under 10 ft) and leaf removal

B	Fertilization & Pest Control Program:

We use only professional liquid and timed-release granular fertilizers specialized for Florida soils and lawns for nutritional benefits. Our chemicals for insect and weed control, as well as for disease control, are all Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved. Our Ornamental program is designed to maintain your trees and shrubs which include both granular and liquid applications depending on season. Both programs are designed to obtain the maximum nutritional needs for the health and protection of your lawn and shrubs. Minimum Fee per application is $53.45 for seven (7) applications per year.

OUR GUARANTEE:

Under any of our 7 application programs, should you develop a problem, we will return and retreat and/or correct the problem at no extra charge. Including any corrective spot treatment for weeds or insects. Nice, Green, & Beautiful Landscaping, Inc. will replace any turf damaged as a direct result of our negligence in providing these services. However, We cannot guarantee protection against damage due to lack of water, root rot fungus (uncontrollable), nematodes or complete control of sub terrain insects such as adult mole crickets and grubs.

C	Sodding:

At Nice, Green and Beautiful Landscaping, We Don’t Cut Corners! We just do it RIGHT! You might pay a few dollars more for a sodding job, but at least you’ll have the satisfaction & peace of mind of having a job well done the first time. Here is our typical procedure with materials & labor already included in the cost!

6 Steps for a Successful Sod Installation!

We spray and apply insecticide to kill the existing turf and bugs, and try to ensure that No Weeds or Pests will affect your new sod.

We check and flag your sprinklers and inform you if any necessary repairs need to be made.

Later we remove the old sod and grade the grounds evenly so there’s no bumps or holes.

We place our water saving agent and fertilizer to help with rooting.

We install only green and healthy sod, We place the pieces tight; leaving no gaps in between, so your new lawn looks like a carpet!

Our pest control technician will inspect your New lawn every week, up to one month to detect any possible problem. We will fix or replace during this period - at no additional cost- any damaged sod for any reason other than that caused by lack of water, animals or acts of nature.

After the one-month guarantee, if you would like to continue protecting your investment, you can sign up for our Pest Control & Fertilization program. Our prices are fair.

Our minimum sodding job is $1,000.

D	Landscaping Design and Installation:

As our name indicates, Nice, Green and Beautiful Landscaping, Inc. strives to deliver a beautiful lawn and landscape for you. We select the right plants for your special landscape conditions. Our landscapers are motivated and creative. We can create a beautiful butterfly garden, build you a stone patio, a decorative retention wall, a tropical setting with a pond and waterfall, a French drainage, rock garden, etc., etc., etc ! We cover our landscaping job with a 90 day limited guarantee. Our minimum landscaping job starts at $ 1,000.

E	Yard Clean Up:

We can do a spectacular yard clean up for you. Our prices start at $ 400 for a one time deal without maintenance. However; with our maintenance package we do any size clean up.

F	Mulching:

Mulch is important because it adds beauty to your landscaping while it reduces weed growth as well as disease & insect problems. Mulching also moderates the temperature and moisture of soil which helps to reduce your water bill. There are 4 types of mulch that we use: Cypress, Red, Rubber and Pine Nuggets. Minimum mulching job is $300.00.

G	Seasonal Planting:

If you need color, low maintenance or drought resistant, sun or heavy shade, we can plant flowers for you.

H	Stone Patio and/or Decorative Retention Wall Installation:

Just tell us what you want and let our stone workers build you a beautiful stone project with flag, field stone, river boulders or landscaping bricks.
